Person Centred and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Person Centred and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is deployed via the medium of eclectic arts.

Objectives are to provide young people with a balance of new experiences, which include learning about themselves through the genres of cartooning, art, animation, creative writing and music.

To develop the individuals social and emotional skills and give them the opportunity to be listened to in a non-judgemental manner as a whole person and not as part of a story or event and to provide a safe forum for those who may otherwise feel isolated.

To facilitate change by using personal centred and cognitive behavioural therapeutic techniques to achieve possible outcomes out of negative situations and to equip young people with the appropriate tools and coping strategies to become self-aware and to be happy with themselves, others and the world they live in.
