Today, we had a productive School Council meeting.

We discussed some very exciting things about our school. We talked about things we could do to improve our curriculum. We talked about the exciting things we do in school, such as surfing, Forest Schools, hairdressing, mechanics and our residential trips. 

We also put together a lunchtime rota for our clubs . 

We have Arts and Crafts Club on a Tuesday, Singing Club on Wednesday, Gardening Club on a Thursday and Charity Shop on a Friday - we can't wait to get them started.

We focussed on well-being at Ysgol Hendrefelin. We discussed lots of positive things already in place, such as our open-door policy, no-bullying policy and the provision in place for children. In our next meeting we will feed back what we can do better. 

We also began the planning for our school Christmas party. We shared lots of ideas and will finalise in our next meeting.
