Anti Bullying Week
Article 2 – Non-discrimination
Children must not be treated unfairly for any reason, including disability, gender, ethnicity, or background.
Bullying that targets differences violates this right.
As part of our Anti-Bullying Week celebrations, children across the school have been taking part in activities that promote kindness, respect, and inclusion. This year, pupils focused on the theme of non-discrimination and the importance of treating everyone fairly.
Throughout the week, each class created thoughtful and eye-catching posters that highlight why discrimination is harmful and how our actions can make a positive difference to others. The posters share powerful messages about celebrating differences, standing up for one another, and making sure everyone feels welcome.
Children also made a special pledge to always be kind, promising to use kind words, include others, and speak up if they see someone being treated unfairly. These pledges will be displayed around the school as a daily reminder of the values we all share.
We are incredibly proud of the creativity and compassion our pupils have shown. Their posters and pledges reflect our school’s commitment to ensuring that every child feels safe, respected, and valued.
