Ukuleles came out in Horizon 1 on Monday.

Learners held the instruments, strummed the strings and listened to the sounds they made. The music lesson gave the class a hands-on way to explore sound and rhythm.

Music sits within the Expressive Arts Area of Learning and Experience in the Curriculum for Wales. Learning to play an instrument builds listening skills, coordination and confidence.
