Welcome to Class 2

Class 2 is Year 8 SEBD class and Mrs Spendiff is the teacher in and Mr Howells  is the Learning Assistant. In the year 8 class the learners will be given the opportunity to learn,  develop and explore through a range of activities outside the classroom such as : Surfing, Skateboarding, Fishing, Bike riding, Rock climbing, Swimming, Travel training, Forest and Coastal schools as well as a residential overnight stay at a regulated campsite. Mr Spendiff focusses on a holistic approach to learning wether development takes place in the classroom or during offsite activities the group is encouraged to work independently as well as part of a team. The support staff within the group will work tirelessly to meet the individuals needs of the learners creating a fun, exciting and inclusive environment.
