Throughout the day, children made pledges to protect our planet, sharing thoughtful ideas about how small actions can make a big difference. We also reinforced the importance of recycling, discussing how reducing waste helps protect the environment for future generations.

One of the highlights of the celebration was our swap shop, where children brought in items they no longer needed and exchanged them for something new to them. This activity helped everyone understand the value of reusing and reducing waste, while also being lots of fun!

It was a fantastic day filled with learning, responsibility, and enthusiasm, and we are so proud of how our pupils are becoming eco‑champions for the future.
